Afaik only this will help:
Go to singleplayer, unload all staff from your ship to planet and stay on that planet, when you exit the game.
Then backup your saves by making a copy of "Starbound\storage" folder.
Make sure that you subscribed to this mod and delete "*.shipworld" file in "Starbound\storage\player" folder.
If you have multiple characters, then sort files by date and delete latest "*.shipworld" file.
You need to go to singleplayer, unload all staff from your ship to planet and stay on that planet.
Then backup your saves, subscribe to this mod and delete *.shipworld file in "Starbound\storage\player" folder.
