Nope. Every individual light source has to be patched, so it doesn't work with mods.

I personally use the base TanzLO and no player aura addition. The monsters addition forces light recalculation quite often, so is extremely taxing on some computers. (And also probably could do with an update anyway.)

And a reduced player aura lighting mod. All Tanz mods!

Still works perfectly of course, makes the game much better looking! Combine with no light passthrough for a more atmospheric Starbound.
