Could you make it so that this adds new hairstyles instead of replacing the old ones? I quite liked the one that the novakid has in the icon for the race in the character creation menu.

will it fix small visual glitch, happens in inventory with some visuals equipped? (overall - when it happens, parts of your body becomes visible outside of armor)

I pushed an update that adds new emotion animations. The default ones (and the ones I threw together in ver 1.0) were very simplistic, just a white dot that appeared every now and then (and tears, inexplicably). These new ones should be much more visible.

Thanks for the tip. Does this mod eliminate the facial expressions for the novakids? I can't seem to get my character to emote at all

You actually can have Novaskin bodies with these heads/hairs if Novaskin loads first. I managed to get it to work by subscribing to both mods and then unsubscribing/resubscribing to this one so that it loads last. It's not a great solution, but unless there is a version of Novaskin that has no hairs or faces in it, it will usually overwrite the assets in this mod.

I like this one over the other Novaskins mod, the other mod has more detail, but personally I like that this is one hits the sweet spot of detail and simplisity.

With Novaskin, the game will get confused and crash. You can avoid it by unpacking Novaskin and deleting the hair style and face files. The easiest way would be to unpack both mods and copy this one over Novaskin and overwrite everything.

the old hair styles won't work with the new faces, due to how the light carries from the face to the hair differently (there would be a very obvious seam). that's why it was designed as a total replacement - the new hair styles were made to mimic the silhouette and style of the old versions.

as for NovaSkins, it would probably depend on the load order, since they replace most of the same sprites. I haven't tried it, but I imagine it would show up as Alt Heads with NovaSkin bodies.

Replacing keeps the mod compatible with vanilla multiplayer.
