Yes, it should still work. AFAIK Starbound isn't getting any more updates so it should be compatible forever even without me updating it.

Eventually. I've been kind of busy with other stuff and also not playing Starbound, but I do have a few updates in the works.

The blocks should be unlocked only when ores are gotten for the first time, it would be more coherent and fit vanilla.

@Mobbstar I suppose that was probably what the devs intended but the different block types have different shades of the paint colors and that bugged the crap out of me because I don't like the way, say, the red copper platform looked with the red iron blocks. Sometimes I just want stuff that matches perfectly

P.S.: I haven't worked much with painted metal, but I figured it all can be recoloured because it works with chains, that much I know for sure.

Isn't this what the paint tool is for? Even in your screenshots, they look alike when painted, to me at least. Though I suppose orange makes it look more like bronze and yellow on gears may resemble brass more than gold.

@vinchenzojackal&shoon Glad you like the mod! Generally I'm planning on only adding new types of blocks, but the sod block was a request. If people find it's overwriting another mod's recipe that they prefer, then I can take it out and ask people to just subscribe to my Craftable Sod Blocks mod as well as this one.

I still really like this mod. The new forms of blocks are sweet!

Checked out your planned additions to this mod, and it seems you plan to add blocks and platforms already existing and craftable in this game as well as those that exist and are not yet craftable and those that don't exist at all. Might I suggest only adding new types of blocks and platforms? There are already multiple mods that make blocks that exist in the game but are not craftable in vanilla craftable with said mods. I'd rather not risk your recipes overwriting their recipes.

I don't understand. The whole point of a Creative Commons license is to grant certain rights under certain conditions so as to make it unnecessary to contact the author to ask for permission. This saves both the author and interested parties a certain amount of time and hassle.

By stating "Permissions" that require you be contacted and asked for any use, you are contradicting the spirit of CC licenses, defeating the purpose of it. Anyone can contact any author or artist of any creative work, regardless of the existence or lack of a license or stated usage rights, to ask for permission for certain usage rights.

Just saying... You only need one or the other, not both. That said: I appreciate that you were considerate enough to use these. I think you're the 2nd or 3rd Starbound mod on the Workshop I've seen that has stated Permissions. And, so far, you're the first I've seen state a CC license. I wish more Workshop modders would use CC licenses or Permissions.

@Defect I always set my privacy settings to friends only on social stuff as a default because I'm an old curmudgeon who doesn't like people all up in her business. But I guess there's no harm in having a profile people can see, so I set it to public. So, uh, enjoy my extremely exciting and non-sketchy profile.

Why is your profile private? I don't want to subscribe now :( I think private profiles are sketchy.
