I like the concept of craftable upgrade modules, but the price is extremely cheap. Should cost much more bars from other tiers as well, imo.

You gotta have the Industrial Workbench, and then go to the brick category.

Made it as was frustrated with not being able to craft them like we used to be able to earlier in Starbound's development (and not having to rely on finding them in chests), but chose a different recipe - one that was expensive enough so it isn't 'OP' but not unobtainablely difficult.
