As per the description, it didn't work for a death that occurred before I installed the mod, but for one that occurred after it worked fine.
Thanks to the author for this - I'm sure it's going to save me hours hunting my items after I've got bored of following a plan and wandered off gods (and now the skull) only know where.
Any help?
Fuck, I died from fall damage. RIP my items forever, I guess.
That's because Frackin Universe already had this mod integrated into it for a while now. It's called the Crystalline Skull.
Lo and behold, however, my remains drew the sparkling wisps of the item, and it lead me directly to my last place of death, glowing brightly as I picked up all of my lost items, and saved nearly three hours of work.
So thank you, kind creator. You have both my gratitude and my awe.

Whats interesting i found this in log after jumps...

...apparently my avatar should suffer damage fall...but it didn't.
As far as I tested, it only shows you your last death. But I didn't test if it would show you the death before last one if you reach that point.
