i was boutta say why not spike sphere, and i read desc and see...
create another tech which is faster spike sphere, i wanna see this happen and ima land a basket with it

Well finally there is a reason to use the "Maru Mari" (what i call Morph Ball) is.
Might consider doing some tweaks to make it even "faster".

@Ice Starbound hasn't updated since I last tested this mod, so i can guarantee you it still works fine. Check your mod list for conflicts

I already had a mod that made the sonic sphere faster, I have obtained ultimate speed.

@Tundra, Perhaps make Sonic Sphere slightly faster like 25 or 26? or at the least make it a tiny bit slower than the distortions 24 like 22 or 23?

As 24 is nearly double 14 in speed, it doesn't seem that this mod works in 1.3 update. More testing may be needed to confirm but form my quick testing it does not seem to change the speed.

Could you make the spike distortion sphere faster too? I could really use a mod that makes climbing steep cliffs faster. (I'm too lazy to carve climable steps into it.

could you give the spike ball a jump? it would be nice to be able to jump fo one wall space to another without having to disable the ball, jump to location then reinable the ball and miss grabbing the wall as even if you get close to it, it doesnt always latch properly.

Wouldn't this be acomplishable with a buff. Make something you eat? So people can choose what they get. Then it's also a consumable and not free?

I am unsure, how fast, in numbers, is the Sonic Sphere? From the ingame text the only difference from vanilla Distortion sphere is the dash, but that would make the sonic sphere speed 14, which, compared to everything else, seems slow, unless it's already faster, in which case I think it should still be changed to be faster.

the sonic sphere should get the biggest speed boost since its built for speed faster all.
i love the speed you pickup going downhills.

also only recently instrument stop playing when you go in ball form?
any chance you'd have any idea on how to restore that?

Scyris: I've done some testing, and the spike sphere can't go any faster. in order to stick to the walls properly, it needs to go slow else it flies off the wall when going around corners. (said testing was using the speed blessing from the big avian guy you meet in the main story.)
