If you were subbed and unsubbed make sure you restart Steam or clear your workshop folder. I've just tested on a fresh install after clicking unsub all and the torch is two handed on a new save.

i don't have the mod installed but the torch is in on slot i think they changed it.

Does this apply to all lights or just the torch? Because all lights have the same dumb issue, they take up both slots even though they can NOT be placed in the background...

Put the torch in the hotbar then select whichever box you applied it to, whether it's left box or right box you'll use the corresponding mouse button to place the torch.

I really like this mod. Being able to have something while holding a torch is a huge quality of life improvement overall. I don't think I'll ever play without this mod. Thank you for making it.

For those wondering, this mod is 100% compatible with multiplayer. A friend of mine had this mod before I did, and he was able to use the 1-handed torches just fine without either os us having issues.

This mod doesn't change any script in the game whatsoever. This is a patch type mod. It changes a line of the torch file without modifying any files. This mod didn't cause that.
