1.8 still works i think
nanO.bytez 22.5.2017 klo 9.02
Technically still works with 1.6 Adams. The buttons however are not correctly alligned anymore. I reccommend this mod instead: http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=827831523&searchtext=mapmodes

Works with 1.5 utopia?

Hello TigerTeeth, I'm wondering if I could adopt and incorporate this mod into my mod: Additional Map Modes?
Tonatiuh-Cehualli 21.12.2016 klo 15.56
Hi TigerTeeth, I'm from the team working on the Halo Journey H.U.II mod and I was wondering if you would mind me incorporating this mod into my own? We would of course add you as a contributor as well as putting a link to the mod page to this mod (or anyother mod of yours you wanted people to know about) I've gotten alot of use out of your mod and I already know my way around its coding so I'm almost positive I can update it to 1.4.1 Stellaris, but doing so without your explict permission isn't something I would ever consider, so what do you say? : )
ashbery76 19.12.2016 klo 10.39
This seems to stop acheivements.Shame.
Fulgrim 9.12.2016 klo 16.57
@PrometheusGaming - test by yourself, takes about 5 mins by starting a new game, but my bed is that at worse it won't show color for ethos the mod don't know, no way to break beyond that i belive.
Stop Sine 9.12.2016 klo 13.36
Is this mod compatible with Government Rebuild since it adds ethos.
G-Man 14.11.2016 klo 5.13

Changes checksum.
starbright6925 1.11.2016 klo 22.35
but would be great to have it NOT say out of date mods enabled though:steamhappy:
Artanis 30.10.2016 klo 13.50
It works fine even without the update. :)
zgrssd 30.10.2016 klo 9.18
Any chance of an update? Or anybody tested if it still works in 1.3 and 1.3.1?

This mod is definitely very usefull, but I do not want to risk game stability (because I like to report bugs).
Serufay 28.10.2016 klo 16.20
Hey man, great mod, what i really need is a map mode that shows wich nations are currently at war, is that possible? there is so much going on in my galaxy and i really need to keep track of who is at war and who is not.
Psicraft 26.10.2016 klo 21.25
Needs to be updated for Custodial attitude from Awakened Ascendancies.
Gerishnakov 24.10.2016 klo 11.40
I can't see why this wouldn't work as is with Heinlein.
Words and Philosophy 23.10.2016 klo 13.26
Will you be updating to Heinlein?
Galking52 23.10.2016 klo 4.25
Pls update the mod
Gerishnakov 21.10.2016 klo 11.41
Maybe try waiting until the author updates the mod?

with the new update i noticed it again, how much i miss your mapmode. Thank you again!

@TigerTeeth
I created for you all remaining language files. The German file is fully translated. The other language files contain the English texts, that all players who don't use English at least see the English texts and descriptions instead of the codes. If you probably don't have the time to update your mod until the patch 1.3, then you could contact me after patch if you want.
Swiss Halberdier 21.9.2016 klo 11.25
Thanks a lot for your awesome mod!
LLENN 17.9.2016 klo 17.08
are you going to add Federations? For jolly cooperation map painting?
G-Man 30.8.2016 klo 8.57
hi, i have a question and send u friend request.greetings
Pode 13.8.2016 klo 13.27
Question for the mapmode modding guru. For the All FTL variant of my Pre-FTL Players mod, I cribbbed from Birdy's FTL map mode. I was hoping it'd stripe for multiple FTL types the same way the empire map stripes for multiple empires, but not so much. Looking at the vanilla files doesn't help me much either. Any idea how to get that striping effect if multiple conditions are satisifed?
Thadom570 10.8.2016 klo 9.32
Update please
kinngrimm 10.8.2016 klo 0.23
well it could be a technology which then implements such a mode into your userinterface. I always find it exciting when the userinterface itselve evolves over the duration of a game.
-ҒŁOΡ- 6.8.2016 klo 12.29
+1 abput science and real fleet power in KWHy not a technology about spying for such info
kinngrimm 6.8.2016 klo 3.58
i'd love to see modes which show in comparison to the active territorry, the strength of overall fleets and the advancement of overall science. So that when i click on a territory, i seein dark colors who is less advanced and in bright shiny colors who may be more advanced in terms of tech or fleet strength.
Thumbtack 5.8.2016 klo 10.02
Any idea when a version for 1.2.3 will be out?
AzorakZorai 5.8.2016 klo 4.20
That AI Rights mode will be excessively useful for stopping the AI revolt. If I see anyone treating synths badly use this map mode, it'll let me know who to remove from existence.
PewPewsAlote 30.7.2016 klo 12.55
can you make another map mode like the "detailed map mode" except you can choose what kinda habitable planets it shows? cuz i hate having to cross my mouse over all the planets just to look for an arctic *yes i know they are green if habitable* but im waiting for the other species in my empire to conform to my ethics this would be greatly appreciated
WAKE 30.7.2016 klo 10.06
There are variables text no matter what I try in this 1.2.1 patch, for example having a mapmode selected then hovering over an Empire gives "map_mode_tooltip" and not the actual text. Same with if I hover over a button of the mapmodes it says "MAP_MODE_BUTTON_TOOLTIP" - any ideas/help?
Artanis 15.7.2016 klo 12.57
Black Jack, I added FTL as a mod myself, since I also wanted that one. It's called Plentiful Mapmodes ( http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=725151626 ), of which FTL is the first one. Would add more, but TigerTeeth's mod already adds a lot of the most useful ones!
Subonaut 14.7.2016 klo 2.15
Could you make one where you can see how much someone trusts somebody? (How many hearts)
Black Jack 13.7.2016 klo 23.17
Oooh yeah the FTL tech one would be fantastic.
RobotPaulSimon 12.7.2016 klo 12.57
Could you do one that shows empires by FTL tech?
Sir Terrence Hood 11.7.2016 klo 10.49
Ironman compatible? ^^
Gopher 4.7.2016 klo 7.01
In the empire map mode, why doesn't it show my empire influence area anymore? I kind of need to know where my territory is to build, and while I like knowing what everyone else's various attitudes and relations are, I generally like to play knowing which faction is which on the map, while ALSO knowing where I am on the map, if you know what I mean. I love the idea of the mod, I just wish it wouldn't change some of the basic things around.
xeridium 2.7.2016 klo 11.57
War, alliance and federation icon would clip through the buttons, making them unclickable.
Artanis 30.6.2016 klo 15.30
No way this has issues with the new patch... you can play with it on regardless of version. Not like the game altered any things that this mod touches...
Solar Arch 30.6.2016 klo 15.22
Pls update to 1.2.1
MoreQueueQueue 29.6.2016 klo 12.48
@MasterStrider Most likely it won't cause any issues but to be safe you should back up your save before loading it with the mod
Chapo 29.6.2016 klo 10.07
can it be added mid game without killing my save?
Fishbones 29.6.2016 klo 3.44
hint: If you are unsure which colour should be considered an "offending colour", it is any colour other than yours.
пришла с завода 28.6.2016 klo 18.48
@Skittles It is up to 1080p mod to check on that. I had to edit 1080p mod to make it look OK. :(
SC_Reaper 28.6.2016 klo 17.56
@Leeira I'm pretty sure you know this already, but just in case you don't. Whenever you complete a survey of a system, the name turns from grey to white, meaning that any system which you haven't fully surveyed yet will remain grey. But i'm also pretty sure that you're talking about the times you do not notice a grey system, where as in that case this might not be as useful information afterall.
Holy Athena 28.6.2016 klo 17.37
Here's a few suggestions:
- Relative Power
- Alliances/Federations. (Can be as simple as just making them all different colors)
- Wars (If possible not sure, just colors factions red if they are currently in a war of any kind
- The Fallen (Colors "Fallen" empires)
