@WAFFEL E100, it should use them, nothing prevents them from doing it
@Ddd06, the only issue is the graphics probably, except that, all the mod does is change a few lines of code. It should work forever (again,minus the graphics)

question: is the AI able to actualy use all these slots and whatever extra ones are provided by other mods or just normal state modifiers and decisions? i keep seeing the AI stagnate and stop making factories later in the game without even using all slots it has

Somethign that REALLY needs to be in the base game, it makes infrastructure worth it and allows one to actually play tall!!!
