@WAFFEL E100, it should use them, nothing prevents them from doing it
@Ddd06, the only issue is the graphics probably, except that, all the mod does is change a few lines of code. It should work forever (again,minus the graphics)

question: is the AI able to actualy use all these slots and whatever extra ones are provided by other mods or just normal state modifiers and decisions? i keep seeing the AI stagnate and stop making factories later in the game without even using all slots it has

In R56, the size of the building borders and images do not match in the state building view.

Any recommendations on mods that unlocks more slots, too?

will you update later? cause i don't know why it just not work, even play with this mod only...
