Love the mod. Got to missing traffic...turned the mod off...two trips later, put the mod back on. The AI traffic is garbage. I wish the trains still run.

Here's a question, is there a way to choose whether you want to delete cars or delete trucks?

Not knocking your work, it's good but,I can do this with the dev console or in the config.cfg file. Different strokes I guess.Personally, I like more traffic.

is this mod supposed to work with reforma? i have it active but traffic keeps spawning in regularly.
is there any specific priority in load order or is there another problem?

yeah it seems to effect moving trains at least (still see parked ones iirc)

me a person who enjoys the driving and wants to play the way i like everyone else NO

This mod works for me in (2) ways. (1) helps to give me time to configure my controls an (2) To practice cornering and Revering parking. my drivers are still making money and i can practice with the wheel.

Some people like this mod, while others don't because it takes away from the attempted reality. I enjoy using it, as I play the game as a way to relax. I don't want to have to worry about the traffic, but just going from one place to the other while listening to the radio.
This is also a mod that I wish that I had when I first got ATS, as it took me a bit to figure out how to do things.

@OxferdGaming, there is a setting under gameplay, and it turns off fines.

Well i operate semi in RL so to me this is nothing more than a game so i like to play single player and haul A** down the interstate to deliver these loads fast as i can!! GOOD MOD

Well said Skanbis. And I might add, If people are complaining that ATS is a Sim and should be played as such, They who are complaining should not even bother looking at the mods. If it such a damn issue for you to see others actually enjoying a GAME, then you need to just keep your nuisance two cents to your moronic piece of trash self and just GTFO of the Steam community pages. We enjoy not having to go from speed limit to jacknife everytime we approach a random event or an ai car unable to handle the roadways, it is absolutely unbearable to sit behind a trash ai that has no intelligence whatsoever at a merge lane or suicide turn lane. Plus since the download of this wonderful mod I now have a positive bank account in game due to not having to take damage penalties on hauls or paying for repairs every 10min.

My thoughts are different. The whole point of this game is raise a company.
Driving is an additional element

If you have artificially modified the economy(money, EX) in this game or you using unrealistic any mode,
I think you are just like using this mode.
Because of You say "THIS IS A SIMULATOR."

Do not question people using this mode.
Everybody has what they want and want to do
and for those who make a mode, traffic is an obstacle,
So created this mode.

That's a terrible excuse. The whole point of this game is to deliver cargo AND deal with traffic because, you know, IT'S A SIMULATOR. I don't play a game like Halo to have a nice walking experience. Either play it with traffic, or don't play it at all.

For those that say "playing with no traffic on means you do not deserve to play." I can tell you this right now. People that look for this kind of mod are novices or sandboxers, that cannot/do not want to deal with random brakechecks from stupid ai traffic cars, ruining a haul. If you are so butthurt that people would rather an open road than always being at the mechanic, you then are the undeserving one. Plus to those that say "just go to editor to change traffic rate" again novices/sandboxers are the ones looking for this. It is not that simple running the editor. The editor is in coding languages that the average person cannot read/understand.

If there's no traffic, what's the point in playing it? If anyone actually plays with no traffic, then you honestly don't deserve to own this game.

awesome mod! now i can drive 100 mph almost all the time

and i think there is a mod that slightly reduces ai traffic so you are not feeling jammed up.

who gives a ♥♥♥♥ about how we all play the game, ITS JUST A GAME. for most of us, while we have our long loads or when we choose to do a fast delivery, the ai gets in the way and we can't make our deliveries in time. i say the hell with ai traffic. and dont compare this to reality.

I'm with Saltheart Foamfollower . I'd like to see a mod that 'reduces' the traffic. Not illiminate it Although, not for computer reasons.

Its either more AI Traffic or no AI Traffic. Any chance you could do one of these with about half of the default traffic? My computer doesnt run this game well at all and Ive run out of options except this one.

But whats the point? I mean, if your going to go to these lengths.......why drive trucks at all or even play the game at all? Why not just make a mod where you don't even play the game?
Seems pointless. Driving around big empty spaces would get boring after 1 minute.

I played the game right for the first few weeks and delt with the AI and now my middle finger, and voice, don't hurt as much, there's still the little bugs in the game that will annoy you BUT at the end of the day its just a game.

@Commander19 True but when you've played the game long enough and just want to get load after load without the stupidity of the AI then this is perfect, not everyone wants to drive proper or wait for the AI to make up their minds. We've all be cut off and ran into by the AI so this mod is perfect for those that are tired of the BS.

C´mon, you ca´nt be serious, In the reality, could you ask your driving teacher pause or delete all traffic for awhile? Sorry but I can´t see the point in this, Not even the deserts are empty enough for driving how ever you want.. Even the absolute beginner needs traffic to learn driving. If the streets were empty, I would stay out of there too! ;))
