If you really don't want to update you can manually edit YAEM police_data.sii file and delete three lines under "# speeding based progression" section. It could work but I wasn't testing it so it's up to you. If you need some help feel free to ask. Good luck!
Promods fix needs to be set with higher priority then YAEM / YAEM Lite to override Promods related settings!
Yeah, so it turned out it just needed three solid minutes to load the first time around. After that it loads perfectly normal.. Probably some hiccup that happens when rebuilding the economy or something?
I'm currently working backwards through all of my saves trying to load each of them with your mod to see at which point it loads correctly..
The last game log lines are "road network navigation caching started." and "cached navigation does not match the current state, ignoring." That's probably due to me having removed mods previously and the last time the game loaded correctly, it did that safety teleport back to the garage.
Regarding your crashing problem - which version of the game do you use? There was big change in economy model in 1.35 if I remember correctly and every updated economy mod won't work with older versions of the game. You can check game.crash.txt and game.log.txt files in Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2 for errors too, it should tell you more about reasons of crash. Feel free to ask if you find some errors.
(I'm aware that there will be issues when adding it to an existing game, losing levels for example, but I'm surprised that it crashes the game completely. And I don't really want to start over... I'm more interested in making the expansion phase harder once you've upgraded your garage and hired a couple of drivers)
I'm afraid that Lite fix won't help here either because it's for newer game versions.
Need Lite Version for ETS 1.34 and Promod 2.33, because I haven't the Baltic Sea DLC.
@Corktail, never had issues with it and never get any complaint from users about that type of jobs. I can check it for you, maybe there is something changed by SCS and I need to adjust things. Thanks for feedback.
