I'll probably do some additional tweaking over time but as it currently stands, they are a slightly more aggresive version of the "expansionist" personality type.

@TurtleShroom that's actually already in the current version. "AI Empire Weapon Preference – Energy Weapons" :)

Psst! You can still make this empire prefer Energy Weapons despite it being taken out of the Custom Empire screen. Personalities not only allow you to do this, but they also let you set what percentage of shields, armor, and hulls they desire.

P.S. Thanks to Synthetic Dawn, Mecha Pubis is also already a thing on my pc, will very likely get that up as another mod in the near future.

You can now submit names to be included in the custom name lists! Initially just starting with planet names, but eventually there will be more options opened up.
