c_hands are playermodel arms, back then majority of weapons mostly used css viewmodels or hev suit hands. These days it's not that common

Deika, I Must alert you to a source error that's not very well known, it's with custom ammuntion types, the source engine can only support 127 ammo types, 27 taken up by defaults, 100 left over for custom ammotypes, if all 100 ammo slots are exceeded, the engine will start to nullifiy custom ammo types, negatively affecting weapons that use them, affected weapons will only be able to fire their clip size, and can't reload, weapons that tap into the ammo pool (ones that do not have mags) won't be able to fire AT ALL, both issues are fixed by changing the ammotype to a functioning one, or deleting/disabling addons that have custom ammo types remedy the probelm.
