This is because XCE has "hidden movement" disabled by default; to enable it, go to xcesettings folder in mods, open config.xml and change HiddenMovementScreen node to true.

doesn't work for me.
using Community Edition, tried the mod with it being both highest priority and below CE, started a new game both cases.

the classic art is so good... I'd love to see full games in such a perspective, of say these 'splash screens' -like... 2d Graphics... Anyways... Nice Mod.
