I can't write a single line of code, and neither can I create textures. All I did was take an image of the ISIS flag, converted it into the right format and replaced the original file for the Insurgent faction. It's a pretty simple procedure. If you point me to an image I might have some time to do a replacement for you. Just keep in mind that the image dimensions need to be square and divisible by two (for example 256x256 or 512x512).

It is indeed, I believe the file that requires modification in that case would be found in "/materials/vgui/gameui/fac_sec.vtf"

This is a cool small detail, is it possible to do the same with the flags of other nation for the security? ( USA, UK, Russia, France, Germany etc ...)
