I can't write a single line of code, and neither can I create textures. All I did was take an image of the ISIS flag, converted it into the right format and replaced the original file for the Insurgent faction. It's a pretty simple procedure. If you point me to an image I might have some time to do a replacement for you. Just keep in mind that the image dimensions need to be square and divisible by two (for example 256x256 or 512x512).
