As far as I remember Rexes were never touched in this. It gave Gigas level based scaling similar to Rexes instead of the much less significant scaling they had in vanilla. The bronto and rex in the image are just for scale.
After reinstalling, I was able to run the island without any mods, so I figured it was done and waited for the rest of my mods to install. Once everything was in, and I tried to boot up my ragnarok world, the game crashed, which led to my hypothesis that it was what was now the first mod in my load order, better dinos, that was causing the crashes, which is odd considering that it was running fine when your mod was 1st in my load order.
Thank you again for your help.
With that said I know that, at least in the past, ARK didn't delete mods when you unsubbed from them. If you wanted to truly be rid of any of the mods you had to go to your ark workshop and delete the folder with the corresponding mod id. This might still be true.
It wa singleplayer, and I tried removing it from the load order, however when I tried booting up the world, the game crashed. Then I tried running the island to see if it was something on the map. Game crashed. I tried unsubscribing to no avail. As of now I'm trying to reinstall the game with a backup of the world.
I apologise if it would help to see the crash log, I forgot to create a backup of that when preparing to uninstall the game
With that said I think I'd like to announce that I'm discontinuing this mod. It still functions as far as I know but I won't be updating it.
