描述
No longer maintained. Likely doesn't work as intended.

Gigas fit in oddly with the rest of the dinos. This mod aims to help that. It takes a middle road between realism and vanilla gameplay. Staying as faithful to the original Giga as possible while making it a more reasonable dino.

Changes Breakdown:
*2k Starting HP
*150 Base Damage
*Scaling percentage is the same as Rex (except oxygen)
*Slightly smaller than it used to be
*Gnashed debuff is now 5% over 15s instead of 5% over 5s.
*Rage depletes much slower but takes far more damage to trigger. (60-80% HP in one fight - Depletes at 1/10th vanilla)
*Still damages stone
*No reduction to HP and damage on tame
*Base torpor down to 2600 from 10k and torpor depletion down to 16 from 25
*Reduced XP granted on kill from 750 to 150


This mod is free of the HP reset bug. I would suggest you only use one giga altering mod at a time.

I am very interested in getting feeback. So leave your opinions, complaints or reports and I'll do my best about em.

This remaps gigas so try to avoid any mod that also messes with gigas.

The mod is very old and probably doesn't work as intended anymore. Sorry. I should have gotten to editing the description to mention this long ago. Same for my other similar mod.

none are spawning for me at all. I even wiped all wild dinos and still no spawn 40 minutes later

That said if you or anyone else wants to try this I would like to point out it is years old. Please back up your saves or start a new game. I don't know how well it has aged.

The stats of these Gigas are relative to what the stats of Gigas were a number of years ago. I don't know how Gigas have changed in the intervening years. However these Gigas were very much worth the tame.

As far as I remember Rexes were never touched in this. It gave Gigas level based scaling similar to Rexes instead of the much less significant scaling they had in vanilla. The bronto and rex in the image are just for scale.

so does this still make it a larger/stronger version of the rex? or no? i just want gigas to actually be worth the insane amount of pains in my ass i had to go through to tame these useless things -_-
