I'm not using that addon, and the command works for me
Accustomed to use addon "Enhanced PlayerModel Selector".
player_manager.AddValidModel( "Playermodel name", "models/yourmodelfolder/playermodel.mdl" )
This means you don't have to specify the full path; the lua script does it for you, and all you need is the specified name, which in this case is "Raptor" and "Raptor red"
Just try to enter those commands and respawn, you'll see it works
► cl_playermodel "Raptor red"
This command does not take the name of the player model. Here you need to specify the full path !
Example:
cl_playermodel models/humans/Group03/Male_01.mdl
