No problem. I just checked, it does need a plugin for the support as well! https://www.irfanview.com/64bit.htm From that page, you can get the 64-bit install + all 64-bit plugins :)

@Py-Bun They're just .dds files in the same folder as the mesh. Those can be imported with GIMP or IrfanView for example (both need a plugin for it I believe). :O

Well, Youma, I updated the model for you with better assignments, removed doubles, and hopefully, you can take a look at some other minor spots that I have mentioned as a message to you on Steam Chat. Great model and thanks for making it for SFM, and I hope my modifications are good! :)

They are all parented how they should be, I was just too "lazy" to name all the bones to their biped counterpart. :d

Hmm, I didnt have time to try it out today, from what Im hearing, are all bones separate (no parent)? Or they are more or less disorganized? If disorganized, there is a very easy fix for that, which I can try. Basically, bipe all the bones.

I guess it's best to import sequences from it as those work well enough. I'll try to get a rig working for it some time.
