C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\SourceFilmmaker\game\workshop\materials\models\sonosublime\painting
But if you have a way to properly bring a screenshot of a game in SFM, i'd love it :D
1. Right click painting animation set, then 'Add Override Materials'
2. Right click/Show in Element Viewer/Model
3. Expand materials and expand the skin you want to replace
4. Right click the name of the material in question, then Add attribute/string
5. You'll be asked for a name. Name it "$basetexture" and click OK.
6. Click in the blank space to the right of the word $basetexture, and enter in the path to your modified vtf file, with the file extension and the "materials" folder removed. (eg. replacements/<image name w/out extension>
Then use the x and y scale sliders to scale the canvas and frame as needed.
Please leave a THUMBS UP if you found this model useful!
