Due to the map needing to be compiled in "fast compile" mode the cubemaps may not have been applied to the map properly.
This is an unfortunate problem you'll have to put up with in gm_simplytrain. When I went and used "full compile" it would crash after 7 hours, whereas it would take just a little under 1 hour to actually compile as well.
And honestly aside from this graphical error, this is the only problem you'll have with the lighting and reflections.
I have all of HL2 and it's episodes and I have CSS. Here's a couple of screenshots:

To Foxy, sorry for the late response, but the crossovers are controlled by separate buttons. One button activates the entire crossover, but will not affect others
