@Cletus McYeetus that's Valve's doing. Not just this weapon, but all the CS:S weapons don't have incendiary gunfire sounds by default, though you are more than capable of adding one by putting "_incendiary" at the end of a new sound file, making sure to have it be the same length as the original sound.
In this weapon's case it would be "scout_fire-1_incendiary.wav"

If you don't wanna go through the process of making a whole new sound and don't care about the effect being any different than normal gunfire you can most certainly get away with copy pasting the original file into the same folder, and just rename the new one to have "_incendiary" in it.

Hey, just a heads up.

I'm not sure if this is the case since the very beginning or not, but as of the time I wrote this comment, apparently if you use this mod and then pick up incendiary ammo for the Scout, it plays the military sniper's incendiary firing sound.

Might be worth investigating, since I think that should be fairly easy to fix. Cheers.

The model of the weapon itself looks really nice,so is the animation.
But...the model of the flashlight doesn't look good.(Because it is the original model...)

@War Daddy due to some censorship in the german version of L4D2, valve decided to make up for it by porting four secret weapons from the game CS:S, that can only be found in games with german players, or in modded servers. The CS:S scout, aka the steyr scout, is one of them, this mod replaces it.
