In this weapon's case it would be "scout_fire-1_incendiary.wav"
If you don't wanna go through the process of making a whole new sound and don't care about the effect being any different than normal gunfire you can most certainly get away with copy pasting the original file into the same folder, and just rename the new one to have "_incendiary" in it.
I'm not sure if this is the case since the very beginning or not, but as of the time I wrote this comment, apparently if you use this mod and then pick up incendiary ammo for the Scout, it plays the military sniper's incendiary firing sound.
Might be worth investigating, since I think that should be fairly easy to fix. Cheers.
