Crowns seem to depend on culture. Sure there's a "duke" headgear for every culture but who the hell wants to learn every culture's appearances? The blue frame makes it a quick glance to see if the guy is a duke or a count and having just tested this mod I'm repeating my previous statement: I'm never turning this off.

Aemon Kastaryen: Far from all duke level characters wears a crown, maybe more than half wear something else or nothing at all; having a blue frame makes them much more easy to spot, regardless of their head gear.

glenn.cellphone: I'm not 100% sure, but since the gfx files are in the patch and not in the DLC itself, I'm 96% sure it will be compatible with just the patch. :)
