Since the Horse Lords patch, I found it difficult to quickly see the difference between dukes and counts characters, so I added a blue frame around the dukes.

Might as well share it in case anyone else also find it hard to see the dukes, especially in a list with the smaller character frames.

Ironman compatible. Should work with Monastic Feudal ("chineseimperial", "confucian bureaucracy" and theocraticfeudal) now.
