A shame...
HINT HINT
because I really like the idea of this mod & really want to get it to work but IDK how.
( ._.)
A long time ago someone reported the last wave was significantly easier than what led up to it. But that was an early build and I don't know if it's still true.
I honestly haven't seen very many people use this mod. I would love to see a group larger than 2 actually playing it. There's only one video on youtube and they didn't make it very far. I also hosted a dedicated server for about a month and as soon as somebody joined, they would leave because there was nobody else there. It was a big disappointment.
So if you can actually observe people playing it then that makes you more qualified than I am to fine tune it.
1. Enable the mod.
2. Alter the config options to change the difficulty and number of players required to start.
3. Go back to the server info page and change the game mode to Starving Floor. Then generate the world.

Sorry for the delay. I haven't been ignoring you. The only time I can read comments are when I'm half asleep, and by the next time I'm fully awake, I can barely remember what I read, let alone remember whether or not I responded to it.
To indirectly answer the bulk of your questions:
IMO DST is a big wash at this point. It's been a big regretful wash ever since the very first troll ever suggested making Don't Starve a multiplayer game, as it would most commonly be just another "♥♥♥♥ up strangers' ♥♥♥♥" game like Rust, Minecraft, and every other game that serves to be nothing more than a toilet for everybody to ♥♥♥♥ all over. I wish the developers stuck to their guns and kept smacking down all of the people who refused to pay money for a single player game, the same way they consistently smacked down their own modders.

Never the less, they gave in to all of the people whining on the forums and made multiplayer, and it is so functionally different, it has to be a separate executable. But of course, their functional differences are really only obvious to modders. So naturally, all of the people who wouldn't pay a lick of attention to Don't Starve when it was single player, began begging every damn modder to port their SP mods to MP. Which isn't easy at all because, functionally speaking, they are two separate games. It's like begging the developers of DayZ to port their original mod to Minesweeper because they both have explosives(I'm assuming).

Which leads to this mod. Up until this one, pretty much all of my other DST mods were DS ports, and were not very well done ports either. I can admit it because it's not my fault. After all, they're not the same game. So part of the reason I made this is because I wanted to prove, at the very least to myself, that it's much easier to make a whole new mod from scratch than it is to port single player mods to multiplayer. And I think I've proven that. It's a much larger and more functionally well done mod than all of the little single player ports people were never happy about. I also wanted to end on a high note before my spirit was crushed and I gave up completely with this buggy, broken, inconsistent mess.

And, seeing how this has all been for the sake of a bunch of ungrateful crybabies who wouldn't stop whining when they got multiplayer, wouldn't stop whining when single player mods were finally ported, and wouldn't stop whining when those ports didn't work as well in a new and different game, I kinda don't really care anymore. This game and all of the people who refused to pay money for a well crafted, finely tuned, and most importantly fun work of art just because it was single player only, can all rot. They already had a dozen other toilets to ♥♥♥♥ all over. The only reason this toilet exists is so they can more easily dunk their hands in and fling ♥♥♥♥ at each other in a whole new room.
If this whole thing hadn't been to cater to such an unpleasable, ungrateful crowd, I would still care. Hell I would be thrilled to help you with your vision in whatever way I could. But as it stands now, it's just not worth the time and effort. I wish you luck though.

This must all make me seem like an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ but that's what this whole experience has done to me! I was once human like you! Turn back now while you still can!
I suppose what I can do though, is tell you is that the error log you posted shows nothing related to Starving Floor. There's some stuff suggesting maybe the problem could be related to other mods, such as Ayenth the Scholar and Simple Health Bar DST, but I don't see anything for Starving Floor.
Also, what is The Forge? Is it another mod?
@mouse Though ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ is this difficult. Just played it for a few hours alone on very easy and I wasn't expecting multiple boss waves after finishing what I thought was the final wave. I prepared myself for this epic battle with the Dragonfly, but she buggered off part way through. Also some mobs still drop tons of loot like the fire hounds. And the rooks can cause the arena walls to drop loot.
