Hold on you could just model manipulate the detective Magnusson onto the normal Magnusson then all you have to do is get the extended properties mod and give him a revolver.

And I thought this guy was actually from Noir lol. He looks so much similar from one of the detectives Cole works with in the game if I remember correctly. Haven't played the game forever after I got stuck in a mission.
