I think I remade this with much less DLC, I got carried away. This one is 10 years old, one of my first.

Lol tried to run this scenario, but in spite of having so many DLCs, still didnt seem to have enough.. oh well I know would have been a great one to play though will have to make my peace with not knowing how great it would have been... onto the next one...

Ok thought had done this one downloaded it but would not open apparently was missing a file purchased it bingo the scenario opened and worked

You could open up the scenario through the BUILD menu and remove the DLC, but that is hard if you haven't used the editor before.

Well, I think I've figured out that it's the wagons that came with the GN F7 that is claimed I'm missing. But I have that pack and in my assets folder it looks fine. So I don't know what to do with that :(

Sorry about that, I added way too much DLC when I made this back in 2015. There is a list of some DLC under the main scenario picture. Look up and to the right of this page. I could open up the scenario and make some notes.

Is there possibly a list of the DLC? I have all the wagon packs, yet it sais I am missing things :(

I was able to get it to run just fine on my crappy notebook of a laptop, and had it done in 30 mins. It's possible that re-subbing after deleting the original file through Build might something to look at bernsa737
Superb first series start RB (even if this is 5yrs old).

This scenario is also 5 years old so I no idea what could be going on. Could be a lot of things. Did you play the one I made this year?

This scenario apparently has corrupted by TS2020 installation with a bad xml file. Trying to unwind the damage has been so far... unsuccessful as TS2020 no longer runs with a memory error. https://forums.dovetailgames.com/threads/out-of-memory-crash-with-ts2020.18457/

Ahhh, I think this was first or second scenario I made.

Very nice. Early on in my TS career, being 'in the area', I marked this as disapointed/broken. (Mumch) Later on, as in now, I figured out it was missing DLC and operational errors. I must admit it took me longer to replace the DLC I did not have with RailTools than it took to play the scenario. But I like to be complete. :)

Thanks jaymac2, yea I went a little DLC happy. I think the yard was so big I wanted to be different rolling stock sitting around.

Hi RBJets, Couldn't resist the challenge - I spent a few hours swapping out most of the rolling stock with RW Tools and it eventually ran OK. Glad you went on to better ones with common equipment !

This was one of my first scenarios...I put in way too much DLC so I kinda re-made it with just one DLC needed. Look for "Yard Work 2 (Cajon Pass - Barstow)"

I Tried playing this scenario but I got a error Message saying i need the Great Northern Box and Refer, I just bought the GN wagon pack but it didn't inlcude the Refer

Any chance you can recreate another one with less DLC to buy. Would love to do some yard work with a GP 9 if you could make it happen.

LOL...being my first scenario i wanted to put some variety of rolling stock in the yard but didn't realize all the DLC I was using. Gonna try and limit that next time.

It would be cool to see the yard complety packed full of freight cars. Something like what you would see in real life. Yes It would take a lot of time and effort. But I think It would be worth it! :)
