The only issue with this mod is the Onager's hilariously hilariously side hitting animation.

Try making the cart turn to the side of the target, or make the spearman attack foward.

This Civ is hilariously awesome when rushing, as it's another Hunnic-like civ you need to worry about if you're on the pointy side of the spear.
