This is a very powerful building. It has a wide radius and strong effect. It also looks really good. One of my favorite assets since I can place one of these instead of 5 smaller parks to get the same effect.

The least I can do is give feedback and my appreciation where its due. :)

And that little restaurant makes a lot more sense when you put it that way. I assume the fine establishment doesn't allow the cims inside unless they are "sworn-in" members of the press? lol

Thanks, mate. :] Sadly the roof has a texture problem which I wasn't able to fix; screwed around for about eight hours, ending up redoing the whole thing so it would at least not interfere too much with the "bird perspective" at greater heights; hope it will now work out for most... but see for yourself in the screenshots above. I'm done with this one. ^^ :D Enjoy.
