A tribute to a beautiful person. :]

This is the place where your Cims can go bowling, throw a few darts, play some pool or just hang out at a huge bar with party and dance area, headbanging to some Strapping Young Lad and Gamma Ray and having one or two Duffs too much. ;] Rock'n'Roll, Ladies and Gentlemen! =]

Double checked and placed ingame to make sure it works; and it does. :)

Ploppable park; no limit to the amount.
Includes hangout zones for pedestrians and parking marks.
No smoke or steam.
Several illuminated objects to give it the "proper" look.

This is a very powerful building. It has a wide radius and strong effect. It also looks really good. One of my favorite assets since I can place one of these instead of 5 smaller parks to get the same effect.

The least I can do is give feedback and my appreciation where its due. :)

And that little restaurant makes a lot more sense when you put it that way. I assume the fine establishment doesn't allow the cims inside unless they are "sworn-in" members of the press? lol
