he means the freedom tower from the spiderman ps4 which has a slope on the top instead of a spire due to copyright laws

It's called ONE World Trade Center. It was the usccessor to the towers destroyed in 9/11. It isn't supposed to be at a one-to-one full ratio.

This one is small.
If you could scale up 150%, i think it would be perfect.
