You should also allow to remove buildings in a selected area only

Esmeatuek - with the Tree brush mod, you have the ability to right click and remove trees within the brush.

I agree with Wisward. I've been dying for a bulldoze brush so I can clear out trees faster.

Yeah I would love a brush too, I popped it into the wishlist. Like a different size brush that removes everthhing to the default terrain. roads, underground, services, zones the works! if you could make that I think you'd be onto a winner!
