Destroy Everything You Can

Allows you to destroy all buildings at once.

For now it does not destroy service buildings, just houses, offices and industries.

## TODO ##
- Show an UI with all type of buildings to destroy just type by type.
- Burn buildings (just for fun).
- Destroy roads, tubes and any other type of connection path.
