I mean to be honest, if you look at the shotgun in the game and then this.. It's a totally different gun.

This gun is not that bad, but you could have worked on the details and textures better, I know we're on gmod but it clearly needs a remake, I'm not saying it's trash, I like the sound and everything but I was waiting for something a bit more
