That I have not tested. They might conflict with each other. I know they conflict with my other vocalize mods. Only way to find out is to check the installed mods to see if they conflict.

Hmmmm. Does it work if you are using another vocalizer mod, but does not use the z or x keys?

It works for both, depending on the server restrictions you are playing on. Some servers block volcalize spam, some do not :)

It only takes up two binds for "Orders" and "Questions & Answers".
You can find these located under Communication in the Options menu, Edit Keys/Buttons.
They will clash with any other radial menu you have installed.

It's a bit saddening that some of them - like BBQ - only work once. I don't spam voice commands but I do enjoy using them from time to time to break up any monotony. I thought I'd figured out what to alter in the appropriate talker file to make it allowed more than once but it seems to have no effect.
