When a model gets a pose applied to it, you'll notice it would've been placed in the center of the map.
For instance, locking a baseball to a Heavy's root transform, zero-ing it out, and unlocking it so it's right under the Heavy. Now Import the animation, he'll move to the center of the map. When he does, take his root transform lock it to the baseball (which should be where he was earlier) and zero that out, he is now in the right pose.
I've attempted this myself, but i'm not that great at creating custom poses, just take a look at my artwork >.<
But thanks for this addon/mod, I will hopefully upload some artwork with these poses! (Credit included :3)
