the selection menu animation for pyro is completely different from his meet teh team pose, it's similiar, but different

Right click on the model > Import > Animation > "workshop" > "elements" > "mtt poses" or something like that for that last one.

I can't find the engineer pose for the life of me, I tried checking under import animation, Nope.avi, checking under adding new model, Nope.avi, Import sequence, Nope.avi. Any directions as to where?

When a model gets a pose applied to it, you'll notice it would've been placed in the center of the map.
