One of the few custom maps that seems to be more in line with the spirit of the game in terms of design.

its a nice little map but theres a TON of crates (too many, maybe?) and no marked areas to put them(huge crates can be a pain to burn)

Why isn't there the Janitor's trunk? I get there isn't really anything to collect, but still. It should be almost as basic as the bin machine or vendor. If the player doesn't want to use it, they can just ignore it or even incinerate it, but it should be there for those who do want it.
Also, you might want to add some stacking areas around the level. There are a lot of crates (but no barrels, which is weird) that could be used as an easy bonus to get players an employee of the month award after punching out.

Well despite the dark I got through it okay! Good map, no glitches or issues I could find (other than the aforementioned lighting bug) a very solid level. I liked the use of the sloped wall, different celing heights, stairs, pipes, the little alcove thing. It all works to make it feel like one of the vanilla maps so good work there. Only one thing bugged me and it is very pedantic but there isn't an entrance, there's nowhere for the player to have arrived from! (I said it was pedantic) Keep up this rate of progress and you'll be making professional quality maps by the end of the month :P

Hmmm... Pitch black, game displays a 'lighting needs to be rebuilt' message. Personally I find it quite atmospheric and will now try to complete it using portable lamps which seem to work fine :P
