For 1470, id measure a nominal pressure and see deviances. Or just not use the code; damaged pipes dont leak. For 2144 its up to you; its for hybrid batteries, HV prot could be used to prevent zero-charge.
For 4500, compare wheel speed and actual speed.
Ideally you store the codes in a table and cycle one after the other every 2 seconds or so.

how does the car know if it has has a code like how does it know if code 1470 or 2144 even 4500
needs to be displayed? i would love to know
