If you have RGON, the mod will work. At the moment, very tiny polish things are Rep+ exclusive, but nothing most players will notice. So play however you'd like!

Tainted Serpent gets 3 Blessings and Sins over the run, while regular Serpent only gets the 1. Besides that, there are no differences, but that is a pretty big one.

is there a difference between regular serpent and tainted serpent besides the extra blessing and curse?

@vinnyp316 That only works for new players while someone like me with a dead god has 300 eden tokens minimum. Given there's only 13 buffs/debuffs I'd assume you need no more than 50 to get what you want

fair enough. i guess i just ain't to liking of eden tokens in general tbh, since after a certain point they stop really mattering anyways (i get why they exist, just find them annoying usually)

It was to give an incentive to not endlessly hold R and reroll the Blessings and Sins you get. Also it gives another use for them after you have more or less fully completed both Edens. Thematically it tracks pretty well given the Serpent and Garden of Eden connection.

This mod requires RGON, and RGON is not updated just yet for Rep+, so no.

Sin of Hatred should not be applying to bosses in general. Will look into!

Sin of Hatred breaks a lot of final bosses that summons additional enemies. They just overheal your damage in 9 out of 10 runs and its a certified softlock

those duplicating mausoleum globins are broken with the curse that revives enemies, they just keep duplicating and you can't kill them without an op build

Soul of the Serpent? You likely automatically unlocked the character upon opening a save file if Hush was already dead, but the Soul of the Serpent unlock is tied to tainted Boss Rush and Hush dead. If you are positive, check your achievements menu (like slide 4 on this Steam page) and report back if you can please.
