-Fixed achievements not properly resetting when creating a new save file (type “serpentwipe” into the console if you are continuing to have issues to reset achievements)
-Made the Hiccup! pill convert into Addicted! when the player has False PhD

-Fixed minor visual glitch regarding the Eden Token counter on the character select screen for the Serpents

-Added Abyss locusts
>All Blessing and Tender Hand locusts are Blessing-yellow colored and block shots that collide with them
>Snake Eyes either gives a qual-4-DMG locust or a qual-0-DMG locust
>Slick Liquor locusts charm enemies
>Crossroads Sign locusts repel projectiles while charging
>Ruby Rod locusts burn enemies
