in hammer, hide everything but the visgroups you want, export, change it to a txt file in the drop down menu, or manually. same name as the bsp file, just with _commentary.txt at the end.edit it, preface it with
"Entities"
{

commentary entities are not reset on round restart. auto_logic is only called once at the start of the map.limitation of commentary i guess. BUT, info_gamemode is called at the start of every round, so use that to reset everything, OnVersusPostIO, OnCoopPostIO, set count of gas to 0 and unlock, OnSurvival kill everything.I didn't reset the camera on versus, so that doesnt work on round 2, but i think it looks more interesting that way.
I'm trying to do the same thing with Dead Center Chapter 1 using "lumps," but it's not working.
I don't know if I could ask how you got it to even work for versus mode.
