Hmm, sounds like the items are getting there total collected across all players then. This issue might take more time to fix because I don't have a good way to test in a coop setting, but I'll see what I can do.

I got a strange bug in coop. Most of my bought items, located under the shop, were not visible or accessible anymore.

You should notice that the screen is no longer crawling away after this update, good catch.
