@rony419 - I agree. I was just playing up the seahorse-bashing for laughs. I have no beef with the lore-accurate design, it's just personal preference.

@n_mckeown The thing is, in canon they came to Driftmark (and the Celtigars to Claw Isle most likely too) way before the Targs to Dragonstone just before the doom, so at that point they were random Valyrian seaferers with no dragons and def not one of the last Valyrian families.

While the show based Seahorse is very nice, I don't find the anatomically correct, lore accurate Seahorse model boring at all tbh. The sigil design they went with is very cute and aesthetically pleasing imo.

Literal Seahorse. Also it fits with the weird Valyrian man/beast interbreeding theme.

The show design just gives way more Intimidation. Feels more like one of the last valyrian houses instead of some random seaferers.
