@MissingNo Character modding suuuuckkks, feel free to use any of the files to make your own mod though, if any of them help. Simply changing the target country to indian territory would be super easy, if you wanted to usher all of the indians there while colonizing USA. You'd probably want to set up a monthly pulse for the eviction and you'd have to add each tribe culture.
Like I said, the ideal solution would be deporting them to their home country, but vic3 does not handle complex code blocks well AT ALL. It just breaks halfway through.
So it's either convert everybody to a new culture ie afro or cental american -> deport, or make the player click the decision 5-6+ how ever many non-primary cultures they have, because it only ships one culture at a time.
Also, no pops are "deleted" by using this decision, so world population numbers remain exactly the same.
So, wtf are you talking about?
Relax it's just a mod fellas. Appears to function as intended, lmk if you have any issues.
