Neat. I agree with some of these changes. The tired status was definiely overused. It's not appropriate for flashbangs either (hence mods that add a disoriented debuff that#s identical but only lasts 2 turns)

However can I make a suggestion? Personally I'd rename the mod to "better perks" or something. "Fix" in the name of a mod, in my personal opinion, should remain reserved for mods that contain exclusively bug fixes. People search for that keyword to find fan-made fixes without wanting any gameplay changes,
